Background

People living and working in our communities have different experiences, stories and needs. With this in mind, we want to give our residents a platform to feed into decisions on health, social care and wellbeing in a meaningful way, so their voice can feel valued, accepted and heard.

The Cwm Taf Morgannwg Regional Partnership Board has developed a Population Needs Assessment to guide what heath, social care and wellbeing services are needed in our communities.

Between June-November 2021, we gave people an opportunity to collaborate with song writers, artists, poets and story tellers to bring to life their experiences, feelings and ideas for the future.

We now have a collection of songs and stories that we want to share with you!

Join us for an afternoon or evening of performance and conversation, where you can listen to a range of voices and experiences, and be inspired to take action to work together to improve health and wellbeing for the people of Cwm Taf Morgannwg.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Come along to our lunch time performance in Bridgend where you can listen to songs and stories. There will be an opportunity to have your voice heard, and share your own hopes and ideas for the future.

Our final performance in Bridgend will be the last one of the series. Come along and listen to experiences. You can also learn how you can get involved in shaping health and social care to improve lives.
