As a Regional Partnership Board, we are in the process of developing a Population Needs Assessment

This assessment looks at what resources, funding and support is needed for health, social care and wellbeing services over the next five years.

It’s an important opportunity to understand how to improve systems and services, and test new ideas that may improve people’s lives.

The campaign aims to showcase people’s stories from across the region, to show others they are not alone, and to encourage more people to come forward to share their voice.

We will be sharing stories from people across the region, and asking others to do the same using the #byyoursidectm hashtag.

We know that by coming together and standing next to each other in this way, we can give a voice to those who need to be heard.
