Introduction

Mental health can be very complex and each person experiences issues differently. When people are experiencing challenges with their mental health, it can impact all aspects of their life, including their physical health, relationships, education, training and work.

Organisations across Cwm Taf Morgannwg are working together to find ways to support the mental health of children and young people, working age adults and older people. This includes improving systems to provide better services which are easy to access and open to everyone.

To improve services and support for people living with mental health issues, a plan called Together for Mental Health has been put together. You can read about it here.
